Thatza Niza Pizza Sauce Recipe!
Ever made a great pizza at home from scratch? I'll bet not many of us have. I think the main reason is the sauce. We either use a premade sauce off the shelf, or we try to make one that looks like and smells like one of our favorite Pizza joints.
This is one I think you will really enjoy. Give it a try.
Ingredients:
4 TBSP Olive oil
1 Cup finely minced onion
3 Large cans of crushed tomatoes in puree
3Tsp finely minced Garlic
2 Tsp sugar
2 Tsp dried oregano, crumbled
2 TSP dried Basil, crumbled
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a very deep and thick saucepan. Saute onions over medium heat until just soft, making sure not to carmelize. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until smooth and starting to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Puree in food processor until satiny smooth. Chill and use as needed.
I find that this sauce is better the longer you let it simmer, so the lower the heat that you can control, the better. Play with it and add and subtract things to make it your own. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Curried Chicken Recipe
Curried Chicken Recipe
Here is what you need to make curried chicken:
3 cups of chicken diced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup of chicken broth
2 cups of half and half
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
2 Granny Smith apples peeled and chopped
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
6 tablespoons of flour
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of curry powder
Here is what you do to make curried chicken
Note: Here is a good way to clean out your refrigerator
. If you have left over chicken in the fridge
, us it instead of cooking more.
Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet on medium low heat, add the onions, peppers, celery and apples. Saute them for about 5 to 6 minutes. The onions should be clarifying. Now add the flour and combine with the butter. Slowly add the chicken broth and stir until the flour is mixing well with the flour. Add the rest of the ingredients now. Stir the mixture frequently so that it doesn't burn on the bottom. When chicken mixture comes to a boil it is ready to take off the stove. From start to finish it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to make this delicious meal. Serve with rice.

So, here's some ways to change it up and make it taste different. Chicken Stir Fry, Greek Chicken, and Honey Baked Chicken are on the menu! Here are the easy chicken recipes...
Chicken Recipes
Let's start with a fast, easy, and delicious Chicken Stir-Fry. You are going to need: 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 and 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 package of frozen stir-fry vegetables
, and 2 uncooked cups of minute rice.
Here's the directions: Cook and stir the chicken and garlic in the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. This will take about six minutes (make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through). Next, add in your soy sauce, sugar, and veggies. Stir everything and bring it to a boil. Then go ahead and stir in the uncooked rice and cover the skillet. Remove from the burner and let it stand for five to six minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving. Feeds approximately 4 people.
Baked Chicken Recipes:
Now let's make Greek Chicken. This is an old recipe and requires few ingredients. Buy a large packet of chicken legs and put them in a baking pan. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and then sprinkle with Kosher salt and a bit of dried oregano spice. Bake the chicken at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours. Very good!
Lastly, we're going to make Honey Baked Chicken. Purchase some chicken pieces with the skin still on them. Arrange the chicken in a baking pan with the skin up. Mix 1/3 cup butter or margarine (melted) with 1/3 cup honey and 2 tablespoons of mustard and 1 tsp of salt in a separate bowl. Pour this liquid mixture over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for an hour and fifteen minutes. The honey mixture will run off the chicken so you should continue to baste the chicken periodically as it cooks. Kids love this recipe!

This is one of the famous Indian Dishes and is very popular around the world. The preparation is very simple and one should try this
The Ingredients required in the Preparation of the Butter Chicken / Murg Makhani is as follows :-
1 Chicken
50 Gms of Butter
Tomato Puree around 3 Cups
Around 2 Teaspones of Garam Masala
Chopped Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
Salt to Taste
Cream around 1 Cup.
Green Chili Paste around 1 Teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste around 1 teaspoons
Around ½ Teaspoons of Red Chilli
Coriander Power around ½ Teaspoon
The preparation of the Butter Chicken is very simple :-
Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces, Put Butter in the Frying Pan and add some to it some ginger garlic paste along with the Green Chili paste and wait for around 1 – 2 Minutes. Till it is nicely sauté.
The Add the chicken pieces till it is nicely fried. Once it is done remove the pan and keep it aside.
In a separate Utensil you have to add the butter, red chilies, garam masala, salt Tomato Puree and Coriander powder and add a little water till you get a nice thick curry and boil it for around 15 Minutes.
Then add the pieces of chicken and the Half cup of cream and then boil it for another 5 minutes.
The add a bit of finely chopped coriander leaves to taste.
This dish can be had with some nice hot parathas, puris or just some plain rice.

Milk Cake or the Kalakand is a very famous Indian sweet dish. Today we will learn how to make quick & easy way to make this tasty sweet dish. Here's what you need:
Things You'll Need:
Microwave Bowl
Sweet Condensed Milk (14oz)
Ricotta Cheese (15oz)
Instruction/ Recipe:
Step 1
Take the Microwave safe bowl, Pour the sweet condensed milk, add the ricotta cheese to it and MIX WELL. (using a whisk is recommended). Make sure there are no lumps.
Step 2
Once it is mixed well into a nice smooth liquid, we will keep this microwave bowl to microwave and we will cook (uncovered) it for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 min, take out the bowl and mix well the mixture once again (still a liquid) and we will cook again for 3 minutes uncovered. ( The idea behind is to slowly reduce the moisture off the mixture and solidify it).
Step 4
After 3 minutes, mix the mixture well again and cook again but the only thing is we will cross cover the microwave bowl this time or you can use a microwave bowl lid with a open vent in it. We will cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Repeat the step 4 till the mixture solidify. Once this is done let the mixture in a square bowl to set and cut pieces once it cools down.
Garnish with choice of dry-fruits and cardamom powder and rose water.

Fill the chicken with the mixture, put the chicken Roasting and baking in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. 4. Add to the end of the filling among the cream sauce and bring to a boil.

2) Stir in the tamatoes, tomato paste and salt. Mix well and pour in 3 cups of hot water and bring it to boil.

2 tbs tamarind chutney

10 – 15 mint leaves, chopped finely

How to proceed:
• Combine all the ingredients and toss lightly.

1/2 cup (50 grams) sugar
1/4 teaspoon canned powder
Method
1. Soak the cashewnuts in warm water for about 30 minutes and wash them 2 to 3 times.
2. Drain all the water out and blend the cashewnuts to a fine paste. Keep aside.
3. Dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of water and prepare a syrup of one string consistency.
4. Add the cashew paste and cook over a medium flame, stirring continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (approx. 5 to 7 minutes).
5. Transfer to a plate and cool slightly. Keep aside.

Delicious BBQ Chicken Breast
Ever want a good tasting bbq'ed chicken breast that does not taste dry. It is easy and quick if you follow these steps.
Get yourself some fresh boneless chicken breast and put some herbs and seasonings on them. I like to put on some thyme, oregano, tarragon, onion and garlic powder and some sweet basil. Then I cover and put in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
While the chicken is in the refrigerator I get some sweet chili sauce, you can get this at any supermarket and all are basically the same, mix it with some honey, minced garlic and dried onions.
Then I get my grill ready, by wiping the grade down with some olive oil, so the chicken will not stick to it. Heat the grill to medium high, enough to heat the grades evenly.
Then put the chicken breast on the grill and brush on some of the chili sauce mixture. Do not be afraid of using too much, the more the merrier in my opinion. Here is where I differ from alot of other bbq'ers. After 4 minutes turn and brush on some more chili sauce. Turning the breast every 4 minutes and brushing on more chili sauce. Then right before the breast is done, brush on the last of the chili sauce, and turn, put the grill on high or sear for 2 minutes.
Make sure your chicken in not pink in the middle before you eat it. If so put back on the grill for a couple minutes.
Cooking time does vary with the size of the breast.

One of the best things to make during a barbecue feast is a delectable grilled lobster tail. You can make a delicious surf ‘n turf dinner with grilled fresh lobster tails and filet mignon.
Grilling Lobster Tails
Lobster tails should be cooked on medium heat, so if you are using charcoal, you will need to move most of the coals to one side of the grill. Grill the Lobster tails on the cooler side of the grill. They only take a few minutes to grill, so when you are done grilling the steaks
(and they are resting), you can grill the Lobster tails.
Enhancing Your Lobster Tails
What are fresh Lobster tails without garlic butter? You can also make the garlic butter on the grill. Put ¼ cup butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Add two tablespoons of garlic powder or one tablespoon crushed garlic to the butter.
Set the pan on a cooler part of the grill. If you prefer a different type of dipping sauce, you can either prepare it ahead of time, or if it only takes a few minutes, prepare it at the time you would prepare the garlic butter.
Add the lobster tails to the grill. You do not need to wrap them in foil. Put them as they are right on the grill. Using tongs, flip them over one time. The shell should be bright red when they are finished.
Remove the tails from the grill, and using a chef’s knife or large kitchen shears, cut the top part of the shell open. If using a knife, take care not to cut down into the lobster meat too far.
Garnish with lemon twists and parsley sprigs. Serve with the steaks and a side of garlic butter for a steak
and lobster dinner.
